MAISON MARBLE uses Sagawa Express for delivery and Japan Post for mail delivery.

You can specify a date from one week later. *If the product is an order or has a scheduled delivery date, please specify a date after that. (We may be able to deliver the product sooner if you do not specify a date.)
Time specifications are always accepted.

We only combine orders placed on the same day. We are sorry, but we cannot accept requests to combine orders placed on other days.

If the shipping fee is free after the consolidation, we will refund the shipping fee. (Only for customers who pay by credit card)

Due to monitor settings and characteristics, there may be slight differences in color and shape compared to the actual product. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size mismatch, differences in image, or incorrect ordering.

We cannot accept any cancellations or exchanges after your order has been completed.
Regarding returns, we do not accept any returns or refunds.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product.
We will exchange it for a good product, or refund you if it is out of stock.
We cannot accept exchanges or refunds after 3 business days from the date of arrival, so please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.

☆Payment after delivery

Deferred payment is a payment method in which you pay after the product has arrived at your doorstep.

■Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month, with final billing at the end of the month, and Paidy will notify you via email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
■Payment methods are convenience store payment (at convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.
■The payment due date is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 12th*. However, for January and May payments, the payment may be debited on the 20th*.
■Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing), which will be borne by the customer.

*Convenience store payment: 356 yen (tax included)
* In case of bank transfer: Bank transfer fee.
*In the case of direct debit: No payment fees will be charged.
