About the points system

Starting November 3, 2020, MAISON MARBLE has introduced a points system to make your shopping experience more enjoyable.

Earn points based on the amount of your purchases online.
[100 yen = 1 point]

There are some points to note when using the point system. Please be sure to check the following.

・Accumulated points can be used at checkout with 1 point = 1 yen. However, please note that they can only be used at our web store.
・Points will be awarded 3 days after the product is shipped.
・Cannot be used in conjunction with coupons.
・You will need to log in to your account to use and accumulate points.
・If you do not receive a confirmation email when registering an account, especially if you are using mobile email, you may not be able to use this service. Please register your account using a PC email address or set up your account to receive emails from @maisonmarble.com.
・To use points, you must go through the cart page.
・Customers who use Express check such as Gpay/Paypal/Amazon/shoppay "Buy now" from the product page cannot use points. However, points will be awarded.
・We recommend that you set up your email newsletter so that you can receive future emails about great points you can earn.
・Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are acquired.
・Points cannot be added after a purchase has been made, so if you want to collect points, please make sure you log in before shopping.
